Two cookies, and only when you sign in.
In plain words. Last updated 26 October 2026.
A small note a website asks your browser to keep, so the site recognises you on the next page. Browsers also have “local storage”, a similar note that stays until the site or you clear it.
fleetyardpro.com sets no cookies at all. You can read every page, open the pricing and watch the film without a single cookie.
Two cookies are set, both ours and both needed to keep you signed in. They are listed below. Signing out removes them.
| Cookie | Set when | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
fy_sid | You sign in on fleetyardpro.com | Keeps you signed in. Only the server can read it. | 30 days, or until you sign out |
fy_in | You sign in on fleetyardpro.com | Tells the page to show “My account” instead of “Sign in”. Holds no personal data. | 30 days, or until you sign out |
demo.fleetyardpro.com sets no cookies either. It keeps a few notes in your browser’s local storage so your private demo copy, the colour and name you picked and your place in the tour survive a page reload. They are listed below. “Start over” in the demo guide clears your copy; clearing the site’s data in your browser clears the rest.
| Kept in your browser | What it is |
|---|---|
Demo sign-in (3 keys) | Your sign-in to the demo as the made-up owner, and the last page you had open. |
fy_demo_visit, fy_demo_logo, fy_guide | The company name, colour and logo you picked under “Make it yours”, and where you are in the guided tour. |
fy_seat_chosen | Remembers that you already picked a seat this visit. Cleared when you close the tab. |
hc-visitor | A random ID so the help chat can show you our reply. |
The fonts come from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google for the font files. If you choose to sign in with Google, Google’s sign-in script loads from accounts.google.com when the pop-up opens, and Google may use its own cookies under Google’s cookie policy. Nothing else on this site comes from a third party.
There are no advertising trackers and no analytics on this site, so there is nothing to ask your permission for and no cookie banner. If that ever changes, we will ask you first and update this page.
A fleet’s own portal works the same way: a sign-in cookie for staff and the rider app, and nothing for advertising. The fleet that runs it is responsible for what it tells its riders and staff.
Sign out to remove our cookies, or block cookies for fleetyardpro.com in your browser; you will then not be able to stay signed in. Clear the site’s data to remove what the demo keeps.
