The deal, in plain words.

FleetYard Pro (“we”) is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These terms cover the website fleetyardpro.com, the live demo and the portal we run for your fleet (“the portal”). By making an account or starting a plan you agree to them.
A portal for your fleet on its own separate copy with its own data, the rider app for every rider on your plan, unlimited staff logins, your branding and web address, setup done for you, and support on WhatsApp day and night. Every plan has every module; plans differ only in how many active riders you run and how much hands-on setup you get, as shown on the pricing page.
You sign in with Google or an emailed code. Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. Access you give your staff and riders is yours to manage; you can switch pages on and off per person and sign anyone out.
Prices are in UAE dirhams, as shown on the pricing page on the day you order. Setup is paid once, before you go live, and covers the test run on last month’s files, bringing your data in and training; it costs 30% less when the plan is paid yearly. Plans are paid in advance: monthly plans have a 3-month minimum, and a yearly plan is paid once and costs 10 months instead of 12. Enterprise prices are fixed for 12 months. Add-ons are billed as listed. VAT, where it applies, is shown on the invoice. A plan continues until you tell us to stop it at the end of a paid period. Setup fees and periods already paid for are not refunded.
Plans go by the active riders you run. If your fleet grows into the next band, you move to that plan from your next invoice.
Everything you and your staff put into the portal, and everything the portal builds from it, is yours. We process it only to run your portal and to support you. You can ask for a full export at any time. When your plan ends we keep your copy for 30 days so you can export it, then delete it. How we handle personal details is on the privacy page.
The portal suggests: it matches pay to riders, places fines and tolls on the rider who had the vehicle according to the hand-overs your office recorded, and drafts each slip. Your office decides: every slip, deduction, penalty and advance is checked, changed if needed, and confirmed by your staff before it counts. You are responsible for the hand-overs you record, for the files you upload, for paying your riders in line with UAE law and your contracts with them, and for what you tell your riders and staff about their data.
The payout files come from the platforms you work with. We read them as they are; we are not responsible for a platform’s figures, its rules, or a change to its file. When a platform changes its columns, tell us and we map them again.
We keep the portal running, back it up and improve it; improvements reach you automatically. If the portal is down or payroll is blocked we reply within the hour, any time, any day; everything else the same day. Short interruptions for maintenance or for reasons outside our control can happen; we tell you when we can.
Use the portal only for your own fleet and only lawfully. Don’t try to open pages you were not given, interfere with other fleets’ copies, or copy the portal itself. The demo is for made-up data only. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules; we tell you why.
We stand behind the portal doing what this site says it does. We are not responsible for money lost because of a platform’s figures, a hand-over recorded late or wrongly, a slip your office confirmed, a fine from an authority, or an internet or device problem on your side. For anything else, what we owe you is limited to the plan fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
You can stop at the end of any paid period by telling us. We can end a plan with 30 days’ notice, or at once if these terms are broken. Either way you get your export, as above.
If we change these terms we update the date at the top and tell you by email or WhatsApp. If a change is not acceptable to you, you can stop at the end of your paid period.
These terms follow the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute goes to the courts of Dubai.
