Swapping a bike between two riders
One step: the old rider’s time ends and the new rider’s starts at the same moment, so there is no gap and no overlap.
Every rider, bike, SIM and platform ID in one place, with each hand-over recorded. That record is what puts every fine and toll on the right rider.
Who holds what today, and who held it on any day before.
Riders from every platform, with platform ID, vehicle, plate and joining date. Anything wrong is written on his row: no platform ID, open fines, money owed, a visa ending within 90 days.
When a bike or car changes hands, record it with the date and time, from a phone if you like. A vehicle can’t be with two riders at once: the portal refuses it.
Each rider holds one company SIM. The portal refuses a second one, and a SIM whose number is another rider’s own phone.
Each ID shows who held it and when, so each month’s pay goes to the right rider. His first ID sets his joining date.
Set his last working day, collect his kit and run his final slip. His exit closes only after that.

Where most offices lose track of a bike or a SIM, and what the portal does instead.
One step: the old rider’s time ends and the new rider’s starts at the same moment, so there is no gap and no overlap.
Mark the workshop days. Fines and tolls in those days go on no rider, and the bike shows as in the shop.
Add it later with the right date. Fines and tolls on that bike move to the rider who had it. If one is on a locked slip, the portal asks you first.
The app view shows who has gone quiet and who never signed in to the rider app.
His row shows the days left from 90 days out, and his rider app reminds him 60 days ahead.
If a new SIM’s number is already on a rider’s profile as his own phone, the portal asks before saving it.
We bring your riders, bikes and SIMs in for you.
