What we keep, and why.
In plain words. Last updated 26 October 2026.
FleetYard Pro is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This page covers fleetyardpro.com, the live demo at demo.fleetyardpro.com and the portals we run for client fleets.
When you make an account we keep your email address, your name if you give it, how you signed in (Google or an emailed code), and when you signed in. When you send us your fleet details we also keep what you type: company name, trade licence number if you give it, emirate, how many riders you run, the platforms you work with, your name, WhatsApp number, the plan you picked, the web address you’d like and any note.
If you choose Google, Google sends us your email address, your name and a Google account ID, and tells us the email is verified. That is all we receive and all we keep. We don’t get your password, contacts, calendar, files or anything else from your Google account, and we use what Google sends only to sign you in and to contact you about your portal. FleetYard Pro’s use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
If you choose email, we send a 6-digit code to the address you type. The code works for 10 minutes and is not kept after that.
Only to sign you in, to contact you about your portal, to set it up and to show you your setup status. We don’t sell or rent your details. The only companies that handle them are the ones that deliver our messages: our email provider for codes and emails, WhatsApp for messages, and Google if you choose to sign in with Google.
On our own servers. Only the FleetYard Pro team can see it. A sign-in lasts 30 days and is stored as a hash, not as the token itself.
Your account and fleet details: until you ask us to delete them. Sign-ins: 30 days, or until you sign out. Email codes: 10 minutes.
Reply to any message we send you, or send us a message from your account page. We’ll show you what we hold, correct it, stop using it or delete it. You can also sign out of every device from your account.
This website sets two cookies, and only once you sign in: one keeps you signed in and one tells the page to show “My account”. Both are removed when you sign out. There are no advertising trackers and no analytics. The full list, including what the live demo keeps in your browser, is on the cookies page.
The fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google for the font files when a page opens. Google’s sign-in script loads only when the sign-in pop-up opens. Nothing else on the site comes from a third party.
The demo runs a made-up fleet in a copy made just for you. Nobody else sees your changes, nothing reaches a real person, and the copy is deleted 12 hours after you leave. The company name, colour, logo and seat you pick are kept in your own browser until you start over or clear the site’s data. Don’t enter real riders or real money there.
The demo and client portals have a help chat. What you write there, and any screenshot or image you send, reaches the FleetYard Pro team on WhatsApp and in our support inbox so we can reply. We keep it for as long as we need to help you with it.
Once you are a client, your riders’ and staff’s details, documents, vehicles, pay, fines, tolls, advances and khata live in your own separate copy of the portal, with its own data. It is yours. We process it only to run your portal and to support you, and we never sell or share it. You are responsible for telling your riders and staff how your company uses their information. Ask for a full export any time. When your plan ends we give you an export and then delete your copy, as set out in our terms.
Your company runs that portal and decides what is kept in it. Ask your office to see, fix or remove your details; we help them do it.
We follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). Under it you can ask us to correct your details and to restrict or stop using them, and we also show you what we hold and delete it on request.
When this page changes we update the date at the top. If a change matters to you, we tell you by email or WhatsApp.
