What fleets ask us first.

Do we stop using our sheets during the test run?

No. Keep paying from your sheets as you do now. The test run works on last month’s files, so you can put its slips next to the ones you already paid.

What do our riders have to do?

Install the app on iPhone or Android and sign in with the code we send to their WhatsApp. There are no passwords to hand out.

Who from our office should come to training?

Whoever runs salaries, fines and Salik, and the supervisors who hand out bikes. The hand-overs they record are what put each fine on the right rider.

What if a platform changes its file?

Tell us on WhatsApp. We map the new columns and you upload again, like the Keeta example above.

Can supervisors use it from their phone?

Yes. The portal opens in the browser on any phone, so a bike hand-over can be recorded on the spot.
