He leaves with Salik open
His exit stops and shows the tolls. Take them from his deposit, write them off with a reason, or keep them on record.
When a rider leaves, FleetYard Pro keeps his exit open until his kit is back, his last slip has run and every toll is settled. One list shows every leaver and what is still missing.
From the day he says he is going to the day he is cleared.
Set his last working day. His slips stop at that day, and he can no longer ask for an advance in his app.
No new pay is matched to him, and every month he worked waits for its final slip.
The list shows what he still has: bike, SIM, box and kit. The clearance form records each piece as it comes back.
His final salary goes through the same deductions as any other slip: Salik, fines, advances, khata and penalties.
The exit closes only when every month has a locked slip, or you record that no slip is coming for a month he didn’t work.

Where most offices lose money when a rider leaves, and what the portal does instead.
His exit stops and shows the tolls. Take them from his deposit, write them off with a reason, or keep them on record.
He shows under “No last working day”, and the exit asks for it before it can finish.
He shows under “Gear still out” with the exact pieces, until the clearance form records them back.
The deposit shown is what he actually paid in, from his slips and cash, not a figure typed in once.
Record that no slip is coming for that month, so his exit isn’t held up.
The app won’t take the request once his exit has started.
